Hello,I was disappointed when I found out I did not renew my concession (due to family circumstances) before closing or not active AGL electricity account.I am eligible for electricity and water rebate.Is there a way to recoup this amount of money owed to me.When I first signed with ACTEW AGL, I submit my concession details and it checks automatically. So when it updates on Centrelink end I assumed ACTEW AGL will pick up the changes.Thank you
