Hi , I am little bit confused that I moved in a new property and there's no electricity and the service provider suggested me to turn off all the switches, so we can proceed further for activation the connection.I attached two photos of the meter box, with the switches turned off ..Can you suggest me which one is the correct??Thankyou.
