It amazes me that at the end of my value saver plan (still on offer) the email received said that I was going to be transferred to a more expensive market plan. Naturally I would have preferred to be transferred to a more expensive plan (just in case you didnt get it sarcasm). Why did I have to go through the process of ringing up and having to change to the plan that I was already on.
