Does anyone else find that the automatic bank debits for electricity are not the same amounts as are shown on the bills?Online agent couldn't explain to my why this is the case. And when I clicked on the "Help us improve by putting a comment on AGL Feedback Community page", the link said "This content was archived". Not very useful.
