Power appears to be always connected when I inspect properties.When a person moves out of a property, you have a final meter read. When a new person moves in, you have the meter read from the final meter read of the previous tenants.if I were to provide the meter read would that stop the charge and would I be given a $50 credit for providing the meter read. It appears you are passing on the charge as you have been charged by the meter reading contractors
