I am a pensioner and I have been enjoying pensioners concession for years as I am 75 now. Somehow both my gas and electricity bills for the past 9 months does not show pensioners concession anymore and hence my bill were extremely high. I have contacted AGL customers supports numerous times and despite they said that they will follow up, nothing have happened and I am facing a final demand letter from AGL.I like to follow up with AGL when I return to Melbourne at the end of November.
