Has anyone else resolved this issue? I cannot afford to be on call for hours waiting for such a basic service

I've had my AGL SIM for a month already and still cannot send SMS. I can receive but everytime I send it shows send failure. It is ridiculous that I'm paying for a plan with SMS I will cancel soon unless resolved.
