I think the 'General Usage - Next' is a gas thing as I can see it on my latest bill. I am having trouble understanding why the cut off point for 'General Usage' changed from 1885Mj (before it then gets charged at the lower 'General Usage - Next' rate) in my last gas bill (July-October 23) to 1947Mj for my current bill (Oct 23 - Jan 24). That equates to an effective rate increase (there was also one in the Jul-Oct 23 period) and I don't remember getting any advice to say there would be another ...
