Please I encourage you to write to the ombudsman.Also, if you are on the smart meter for energy ask them for the NEM12 datafile.In my case they gave me edited NEM12 files and when I proved they wereedited they offered to waive off all bills.I also found that data on their app kept on changing and routinely tookscreenshots to prove unexplained deviations not consistent with billingnorms.

The fist thing I did was to Switch to Amber and i didn't look back!!

Switch to Amber i you don't have a huge solar ! Thats what I did ...i switched straightaway

I have contacted EWON so that I can resolve this issue and not receive an impossibly high bill after installation of Solar and smart meter.
