Your logic is wrong.If you have a 1.2 kw heater on 3 phase, each phase will take 400 w. The heater will not use 3 times the power! The most significant reason to go with 3 phase is to charge your BEV. Within 4 years this will be government mandated. Petrol cars are now obsolete.
