I moved to another place in the last month, around 19th. Then I asked stuff to disconnect the electricity, but today I went to see the bill for my last place, I saw there are new usage and the cost goes into my bill. How comes? By the way please do not tell me your staff forget to help me to disconnect or something like this because it has happened on the internet bill, and I remembered that one of your staffs told me that she helped me to disconnect and everything is OK.
