short version:Using the links for the internet account received from AGL, payments for internet go to the electricity account, and are not credited to either account. 3 months' of being messed around trying to get the refunds - Internet side of AGL says to get back from Energy side. Energy side has all the proof of payments, just won't respond. Eventually I ended up cancelling both accounts.
