As I have been in hospital for past 57 days with A communicational disease I have been unable to access my account,or arrange a meter reading which would be required as My unit has not been occupied since 6 August. My family have tried to contact and you say you can only speak to maybe you like to drop by Gosford hospital sometime.This my family tried to explain to you.I suggest you check my prior payment record thank you
