About CDJ

Hi. I see that carbon offset for electricity is $1 and for gas 50c. Is this the actual offset cost, or a fee on top of the offset?FAQ doesn't explain pricing. A flat offset cost is a surprise, and a fee would be disappointing.Thanks.
