my rewards tab is missing from my online account, and talked with AGL online chat, was initially told I need to un-intsall and re-stall the app to get it back. Then I told her/him that it's not the app, it's the online account, she/he then said it's not showing because AGL currently have no offers. Doesn't sound right to me. Any AGL service officer can confirm that AGL have no offers now, and that's why reward tab disappears??Thank you.
