Every time I log into My Account - and go to look at usage on a property where solar is installed, the diversion website always says "Sorry there was an error. Contact AGL" I was told a while back that IT were updating the website and it would be online on the 15th of the month.
It simply does not work. When will the detailed information be available again?
Hey, by the way why am I forced to leave AGL each year then get a crawling "come back to this great discount" offer only after I leave? Is there a flaw in your business model I wonder.....treating customers like sh ite is not a long lasting or sustainable approach.
