I had solar panels installed 8 weeks ago. AGL promised connection within 6 weeks. That deadline was two weeks ago. Rang AGL and spent 1 hour and 8 minutes on hold. Was informed that they didn’t not know why I was still waiting and would get back to me within 48 business hours. No calls. I want to speak with someone but cannot wait another hour on hold. Am very upset with AGL and lack of communication. My next step will be the ombudsman...
