Responsibility to fix the faulty

I have just 8nstalled solar panel with 10kw inverter. Since solar system installation the inverter has been shutting down once or twice a day. May I ask who is responsible to rectify the issue? Would it be the licences system installer  or the company I signed the contract with?

The issue was resolved by going to inverter system and correcting the details which ensuring the voltage auto adjusted
