How do I leave the Virtual Power Plant VPP?

I've been part of the VPP since 11 June 2020 (more than 5 years) and the VPP is still drawing power from my battery.  The VPP conditions say I need to give notice in writing but I can't find any contact details for the notification anywhere.  The AGL chat is "offline".
