I just changed my plan and received a confirmation Email. The email says my new plan will start when my old plan finishes. How do i find out when my old plan finishes? Certainly not from the Email or the AGL Web site. This follows my inability to change to the latest version of my plan online, i had to use the phone, why? I suspect it's because the old and new plans had the same name (I asked why i couldn't do it an AI and it suggested the name issue and highlighted other issues). What a bunch of amateurs! Also, no 'Chat' button anywhere. So my suggestion is for you to actually try to use your website for a real world situation. I tried the Android App on my phone and 2 different browsers on my PC, all behaved in the same way.
