It would be good to see all payments that I have made, other than my direct debits, appear on my billing history.
I had to ring recently to see if you had received payments that I had made as they were not showing in my billing history.
A Statement was then emailed to me to show the payments had been received which was good.
Even if I was sent a statement at the end of each cycle that would help with letting me know where my account is at
