I received my AGL electricity bill and it was marked due on the 9th of August.
I forgot to pay it on that date.
Then I got a reminder yesterday, which was great, thank you. But don't go and add threats to it. Don't do the red-letter things threatening punishments.
I forgot. I needed a gently reminder.
Do not issue threats with reminders, especially not a reminder issued less than a week the bill was due.
Disgusting customer service.
I also have an electricity account with another provider. They do not issue threats. They are looking very attractive.
How important is my account to you? I'm very happy to leave.
