Moving from Exetel - BYO Modem - Authentication Failure

Hi there,

 

I am moving from Exetel and was using their provided Modem/Router ZTE H268A.

 

Have FTTP connection. Keep getting the authentication failure ( have tried ACC / acc and the number ).

It's been 3-4 hours since I have recieved the SMS confirming connection is ready, however the account status on AGL still says in progress.

Any help would be really appreciated.

I fogot to mention I am not moving house, just providers. Have an active Exetel NBN.

 

So all I had to do was move the cable in the NBN box from UNI-D port 1 to UNI-D port 2. Given AGL services would have been activated on the other port.

 

Once I did that, it all works like a charm!
