eSIM - Epic Fail

I had so many difficulties with getting my husband a Mobile eSIM that we just gave up and went to a different Telecommunications company. You be the judge: AGL - 6 days, numerous lengthy phone calls and longer online chat sessions,  3 eSIMs issued, First order cancelled without telling us and the 2nd and 3rd - never received the QR code email vs Telecommunications Company - issued and set up eSIM in less than 20 minutes. Enough said.

Thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately the telecommunication mobile service didn’t work for us. I now have to pay a tax invoice that covers two failed attempts for two different mobile numbers that were never activated.

This is because I don’t want my credit rating history to be affected.
