Unable to Merge Calls

Ever since I got the AGL SIM and eSim, im unable to merge calls ? Called AGL, and they said there is no settings with Optus network that's blocking this from merging calls. Still unable to merge calls.

it is unusual that it has stopped. Some quick troubleshooting I can suggest is:

1. Restart your phone,
2. Toggle WiFi calling/VoLTE, this is done through your phone settings
3. Reset network settings, also done through settings
