Very unhappy after changing from Aussie Broadband with your mobile service. Have been charged $30 excess data. At the time the AGL app showed I had only used 17gB so I believed the warning text messages were scams. I now have no data available. Called your helpdesk & found your overseas call centre to be rude & unhelpful.Never had an issue with excess data with Aussie Broadband. Will be switching back.
