Welcome pack has not arrived

Hi,

I signed up with AGL through energy.finder for my gas, they told me to expect a welcome back in a few days via email, I still haven’t received it and I have called AGL directly and still nothing.

Please help!

Have you checked spam/junk email folders? It sometimes turns up there.
