Unexpectedly high bill

Hi, this electricity bill is ridiculous. We are only two people and hardly even stay home because of work, yet somehow the bill has come to nearly $500. Even last time as well. There is no way this amount makes sense. Please recheck the meter reading and explain how this bill was calculated.otherwise I am going to change the provider for gas and electricity both. Even the gas bill was also shook up suddenly in summer.

Thank you for your post.

If the bill is higher than normal, it may be that a reading wasn't able to be obtained and we've had to give an estimated bill. 
If this is the case, we'll be able to fix it up if you can provide a meter reading. 

What I'm going to do is send a Private Message to collect some account information to look into this further.
