Not getting new gas connection

Hi, I need help to get my new gas connection.  I alreday informed Gemena Gas and AGL but till date no update from anywhere.  Can you help me how can I get gas connection.

You'll need to get in touch with our new connection team directly on 1800 680 430 and they'll be able to follow that up for you, you can also check our Metering & Connections webpage for more information.
