If you have no power because of a black out you should firstly check your meter box to see if you have incoming power (ie your meter is going round or indicating power is available with a smart meter).
If you have a power outage then you should contact your SUPPLIER that is listed on the top right hand side of your electricity bill under Faults or emergencies.
There should be a number listed there, however I would suggest that you should look up the web page of your SUPPLIER as the they will normally have a faults page and show you their current outages (much quicker than waiting for a phone to be answered).
If your area is not listed, then phone the contact number.
