Does anyone know what it means when your new meter says “rEuP uArn InG”? 
i feel like it could be saying warning haha but i dont know.

Definitely a warning message of some kind. Looks like last time this odd error was raised, the recommendation was to reach out to the installer for help: https://community.agl.com.au/t5/Meters-and-Connections/AGL-Smart-Meter-error/td-p/4733
