Electrician just called and said incorrect meter has been installed at this address.
According to Energex both EWR and B2B form stated 3 phase supply but a single phase meter has been installed.
The admin consultant at the metering company believes the wrong paperwork was sent from AGL to them. There company is called PlusES metering.
