My invoice says it's estimated but I am unable to input a read as it's a Smart Meter?

I have been on Chat Hold for most of the day ...

 

My invoice says it's an estimated amount so I went and took photos of the meters but I am unable to input the meter read as it says it's a Smart Meter? The estimation seems incredibly high. What do I do now?

Hi @Crackersgirl, sometimes smart meter bills show up as estimated due to one or two intervals not being able to get validated out of the entire billing period's worth of readings. I can check your data, but I will need to send you a private message to start.
