Incorrect usage after meter upgrade

I have solar and a battery and am currently not using any power from the Grid. Since my meter upgrade 4 days ago my usage is reported at approx 10kwh each day. This is completely wrong.

 

How do I get this fixed?

If you've recently had a smart meter installed and you are having some meter installation issues,  it is reccomended that you reach out to us.
