Gas connection taking too long

Hi there - account xxxxxxxxx was set up online on 13th may and the house STILL doesnt have connection. We have had to delay necessary gas safety checks and push back advertising for rental, leaving the property currently vacant and costing us income. We have never known a gas connection to like this long for other properties we have connected. They have all been connected fairly quickly. Please organise connection asap. This is disappointing we are still waiting!
