Gas bill projected to be 7000$ for a house this month !!

Hi team , 

please any one help in this problem . my Gas bill estimation is around 7000$ for this quarter while I am used to pay 200-500$. 

also I observed that the current meter reading is less than the previous bill last reading. 

last reading in last bill was 9698 , but the current meter reading is 6192 ! at least the readings should be more than the previous last readings if the meter is functioning and how comes the cost could be 7000$ ? any thoughts please?
