Query on electricity account

Hi We are in the Moreton Bay Regional Council area.  We are experiencing great difficulty in contacting a customer service officer by phoning 131 245.  We have tried many times.

 

We would like to know the exact peak, shoulder and off-peak times for our plan and which kind of tariff we are on.

 

Can someone please contact us asap?
