agl is the default provider of my builder and that is the reason why i requested a nbn connection so that it would be all bundled together.
when i made the request, i provided all the relevant information. clearly said that it was a knockdown and rebuild but it seems the terminology was not familiar to the person i was communicating with. i was surprised/wondering when they called for the activation, almost a month later, they were asking if the light on the nbn box is on. how can there be light if there is no connection from the street to the house?
just made another appointment. another wait and just wasted the leave i just took for the first appointment.
