Every Month charged with "late fees!"

I have rung AGL many times over for the exact same issue with my Telco billing. I have a bill due tomorrow that is $84.13 and my usual monthly bill should be $74.13. I don't know if it is just me but i am currently on a home fast plan, supposed to be max 100 Mbps download speed but for some reason i never get more than 84 Mbps. I use ethernet cable to connect to my pc. Peak hrs i get around 50-60 but maximum is 82-84 never seen 100. Support couldn’t help me either.

Fast Internet - Slow webpage loading

Anyone else having this issue? I run a speed test (when it works) and get 109MBs down 19MBs up. But webpages load incredibly slow or don't load at all on my devices. Internet Outage

Internet out for over 48hrs.  AGL network outages and status has an area 25km away listed as the problem. Only found out we are also included when called technical support. "Engineers investigating" and  next update "when next available" hasn't changed in 48hrs. Rebooting modem ineffective. Work from home and no phone coverage due to location. Not good enough service from AGL.
