Wifi blocking sites

Getting very frustrated with seemingly random blocking some internet sites. MyUni app is being blocked and this morning the weather bureau bom.gov.au is blocked “No internet connection available”. Other sites work and I can connect on my 5G service no problems but wifi connection selected and it’s blocked. Any suggestions on a fix? I have the eero modem mesh wifi and upgraded and restarted the modem in an attempt to fix it the MyUni app last night and the bom.gov.au is broken this morning.

After spending over 2 hrs on the phone to 3 different technicians I'm back to square 1 .still can't watch some apps 🤷

Maybe a change of provider is my only choice .

The first I can suggest is we can change some DNS settings withing the modem, or the next I can recommend would be changing the IP settings on our end so we can help with getting the streaming platforms working for you.

We can change DNS settings within the modem to help with the issues these customers were facing.
