Require assistance cancelling NBN service

Internet service has been abysmal for weeks and I genuinely feel robbed by AGL that they have charged me $68 per month for repulsive internet service. I have waited on the app chat service for assistance in cancelling my internet service. Please provide a link so that I and others in this community can cancel our internet services.
