I've had very poor speed for a few weeks and now I have consistent drop outs and in particular lose internet between 5-6pm everyday, this can not be coincidence! Zero assistance form AGL provided..

I have tried to call multiple time and also get assistance via the chat but no responses, hence I am transferring to another provider
