NBN schedule for maintenance notices!

Hi EVERYONE, ANYONE GET NOTICE FROM NBN OR AGL FOR NBN SCHEDULE OF MAINTENANCE IN THE AREA OF MAGILL 5072 AREA. my internet had been down since 8am this morning and didn't know until rang up AGL support and got told that nbn schedule maintenance carry out until 3pm today. I had checked NBN website and there is no scheduled maintenance in the Magill area's 5072. As I work from home and can't do anything for whole day. Anyone in the areas have the same issue or notification for schedule maintenance in the areas today. Tks

Hi John, I am in Salisbury East and having same issues. Did not receive any notification from AGL just woke to no Internet. Frustrating!!

I just went into scheduled maintenance and only notice is for Elizabeth and Prospect today. Last time I checked Elizabeth & Prospect are different suburbs to Magill, Adelaide or Salisbury East. Have been on phone for over 1 hour without any assistance. Voice recorder just giving steps to follow which does not fix the problem.

Yes is very frustrated and had to waited on phone with AGL for over half an hour to realised and got told NBN SCHEDULE maintenance today. That not good enough from AGL as a internet provider. Even AGL website no notification either.

I contacted support after many attempts to troubleshoot. I also did not receive any notification about an outage. Support told me I should have received a message. I checked the NBN page prior to calling support for outages etc., and none were listed. After speaking with support, I checked the AGL page again and it was listed. 
I’m in 5114. Not Elizabeth or Prospect.
