Hi there, I am pulling my hair out at the moment, somebody please help lol my internet has not been working for the last 3 hrs and I work from home. I have tried trouble shooting, turned it off 10 times at least and even spoke to the useless customer service team and they have no idea and told me to call back tomorrow wtf...... and now if I try to call it says they are closed even they are apparently open 24hrs and I even called way before 8pm as the stupid message service mentioned. Does anyone have any other ideas that I could please try before I just smash the modem and change service providers please ? Thank you in advance
