Internet connection issue

Hi, 

I’m experiencing internet connection issue. No internet to able to access at the moment. NBN device downstream light is keep blinking.

A flashing downstream light usually means the connection is still being established. If the online light is on, it's likely the NBN box is undergoing a firmware upgrade. In the meantime, please try turning off your NBN box for 30 seconds, then switching it back on.

Hi @akhilsivanss, Sheena’s advice to restart the NBN box is spot-on! If the downstream light keeps blinking after the reset, double-check the cables are securely connected, as loose connections can sometimes cause this issue. Let us know how it goes!
