I'm in Adelaide CBD (5000), and my WiFi is not working again!!! So frustrating...same issue happened last weekend - AGL customer service isn't really helping!

Is this an issue with your local WiFi or your connection to the internet? First of all I'd check whether there's any outages reported to the NBN network in your area at https://telcostatus.agl.com.au/, but if everything looks clear there, take a look at our troubleshooting help page at https://www.agl.com.au/help-support/internet-mobile/troubleshooting-and-outages/internet-troubleshoo...

 

If you've ruled out the most common issues and you need some more assistance, give AGL support a call during business hours and they'll be happy to assist.

But it's hardly helpful when this information isn't provided in a timely manner. A response after two weeks seems very late, and having to wait for an hour to get someone on the phone is also not really great customer service... 

 

Would be awesome to get a response within a couple of hours.
