All general questions and discussion related to AGL Internet
I am out of home wifi for the past 10 hours. AGL’s chat agent response at 1pm local time was it will be resolved in 2-3 hours. It was attributed to an unplanned event. I WFH - & have my children doing online classes after school - this is totally unacceptable and really poor service by AGL.
I have been looking online, there is no posting which tells whats the status.
