Castle Hill AGL internet outage

I am out of home wifi for the past 10 hours. AGL’s chat agent response at 1pm local time was it will be resolved in 2-3 hours. It was attributed to an unplanned event. I WFH - & have my children doing online classes after school - this is totally unacceptable and really poor service by AGL.
I have been looking online, there is no posting which tells whats the status.

You should call them and ask to speak to their escalation team. Stop wasting time taking to their level 1 tech support team in this scenario. I wasted so much time with them recently. They are just reading from the script.
