App saying NBN still in progress

My NBN connection has been saying in progress on my AGL app for 3 months now. I’ve had internet for over 3 months now. I can’t access or pay my internet bill from the app. Please help!

Just sat on hold on that number for over 30 minutes just to be told I needed to speak to the resolutions team. Was transferred and put on hold again with a recorded message saying waiting time was another 30 minutes. I don’t have an hour to wait on hold just to get my internet account to show up on the app.

Mine is similar - still says in progress on my account. Maybe that's why the internet is so crap??

How hard can it be be to show the account properly on the app? I’ve been trying to get this fixed for 3 months now. I’m honestly thinking of moving to a different provider
