Outage in Elimbah with no notice or fix after 1 week. Staff on phone were oblivious 

in app it says you may be affected and end date being end of October 

what a joke!

paying for a service that can’t be used!

This does appear to have been resolved, and upon checking I can see a planned outage upcoming. Information on this outage can be found on the Network outages page on the NBN co website.
