AGL customer service is just pathetic and disgusting. I don't know how to contact them.
I have been trying to contact them via phone, messaging and emails, no response at all.
I have been kept on hold for hours and hours without my call being picked up.
I have been sent incorrect telecommunication bill (twice the amount) about which I emailed multiple times but is still not addressed.
These guys are just unbelievable.
I am already contacted another service provider and I am going to change all my electricity, gas, solar, mobile & internet plans that I have with AGL.
